Grove's Jug House Blush is a blend of estate-grown white wine and locally grown fruit wine. The current vintage has strawberry and raspberry overtones. Perfect for the front porch or day at the lake. The wine pairs nicely with cheese and fruit.
The road where the Grove farm is located on is called Jug House on the Alamance County side. The Jug House still stands today and was an old changing room for a public swimming area. The label art for this wine is from a picture taken by photographer and neighbor Elizabeth Larson in Tuscany of some old Italian jugs.
The Jug House Blush took Double Gold at the 2009 NC Wine Competition and a Silver Medal at the 2009 Mid-Atlantic Wine Competition.
