Grove introduced its first ever reserve red wine on November 8th, 2008.  The 2006 Grove Reserve Merlot is something special.  We had six barrels of excellent estate grown Merlot from the 2006 season.  We set aside the single
very best of these barrels... until now.  Aged for two years in French Oak, only 24 cases of this wine were produced from this barrel. 

This wine received a silver medal at the 2009 Mid-Atlantic Wine Competition and also medaled at the 2009 NC State Wine Competition.
